Our holiday home “Casa Susanna” is located in the municipality of Kastelir, near Porec, in a very quiet residential street. From the pool and from the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea, where the sun sinks wonderfully into the sea in the evening.

At the end of February we had a holiday in a small, idyllic village in Kastelir. The house is very well furnished, and the view of the Adriatic Sea makes it a very special experience. There are many interesting things to do in the area, and after a long trip you look forward to the comfort back at the house. Nothing is missing. All in all it is pure romance. We thank the hosts very much and look forward to seeing them again.

In May 2018 we spent two wonderful weeks in this really pleasant holiday home. We were six people: grandparents, parents and 2 small children (18 months and almost four years). The house is renovated, furniture and installations are all of a high standard, heating, numerous plug sockets and our german plugs fitted them all. The decor is of quality and in good taste, and we immediately felt good. Outside and pool are well maintained. Everything is in the best condition. The owners, who are a german family, take care of the property themselves. This makes everything feel pleasantly familiar. We had a few special requests and these were easily addressed. We had asked for a high chair and it was there when we arrived. We found the stairs to the first floor less suitable for small children, so we asked for a child lock. This was instantly installed. Something else of interest – apart rom the holiday home the owners have an olive grove. Their olive oil is the best we have ever tried: cold pressed, from the first press and acid value 0.13%. Characteristic of their friendliness, we were given a present: a bottle of their olive oil was waiting for us on the kitchen table. If we ever head for Istria again, then it will be to this house.

The peaceful location of this accommodation is really lovely. The house is comfortably furnished as well as being bright and clean. Our hosts were very nice and always approachable.
