Villa Clara

Our holiday homes are located in the municipality of Kastelir – Labinci near Porec and Novigrad. Since the community is located on a hill, you have a very nice view of the Adriatic.

The villas “Clara” and “Billy” were completed in 2019 and have since been available to holiday guests from near and far to relax from everyday life. Both villas were furnished to a high standard in collaboration with an Italian designer. Most of the furniture was made specifically for these villas. The houses are furnished for 6+2 people.

The combination of the houses with plastered and natural stone facades and many balconies reflect Istrian architecture. Both holiday homes each have a living space of 144m², which are spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the dining area, the living room, a guest toilet and a bedroom with its own bathroom. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. All rooms have a television and are fully air conditioned. The holiday homes each have their own pool (approx. 30m²) as well as a large play and sunbathing lawn with a large BBQ grill.

If you don’t want to cook yourself, there are several good restaurants with typical Istrian cuisine in the town and in the surrounding area.

Pets are not allowed here, but our holiday home “Casa Susanna” is available to them.
